Hello friends how are you?

I think the overall experience in the English class has been very good, classes are very interactive, and most are different, to learn that way is much easier and fun.

Mime games, conversations, presentations and blog really helped me to learn more English.

With respect to blogging, I think I learned a lot, but I still have much to learn, is fun learning writing, and posting to classmates, I read very interesting articles and made new friends. It is especially difficult for me to write, I prefer to talk and listen, but I think I learned a lot with the blog.

 I do not know what more add in the future, but if I had to, perhaps more free themes, translating from English into Spanish some song lyrics, or some Spanish to English, perhaps add more blogs that talk about our work in art, show some photos, techniques and stuff.

In the future write about my pets, places visited, favorite food, favorite movie, things that inspire art, even expound on familiar topics, but also on disagreeable topics such as war, abortion or something.

Be part of this English course was a very good experience

The best concert! Rage Against The Machine!

Hi Friends!

Rage against the machine in Chile in 2010, according to them was the best show they've played, and for me one of the best concerts I've gone, the only concert in the history of this band in Chile, it was a dream came true.

I met people who brought this rock band and gave me four ticket,I give  3 ticket to 4 of my best friends, they bought a ticket more, and the fourth was a VIP ticket for me, so I saw Rage Against the Machine in front of me.

Rage Against the Machine is a rock band that mixes hip hop and aggressive rock, their lyrics talk about going against the current political system, they were born in the 90s and had one last world tour and arrived Chile.

Adrenaline before the concert began with riots outside the stadium, and once inside, most people passing the security, I felt in a Roman coliseum.

The concert atmosphere was very tense and aggressive, had a lot of fights, and the police were overwhelmed, and when the band began to play their music, all the people in the stadium jumping.

Great music, lots of adrenaline, one of the best concerts I've ever seen.

India

HI Friends!

A country I'd like to visit is India, because it is a giant country, and is completely different from everything I know, and see the river Ganges, their rituals, their cremations, all the people, the temples, see the streets with animals, all the monkeys and elephants, visiting jungle, and meet wild tigers,know the origin of Buddhism, carpets, fabrics, typical food, holi festival ,,,

Spirituality attracts me a lot, the monks, Buddhism, ascetics, and all the wisdom I could learn.

 Also I want to see some musical instruments for meditation, mantras and learn to play them.

I would like to know the Taj Mahal, incredible construction.

My sister has an Indian husband, so I like to travel as a family with their three children. is always better to know a country with someone there.

I also want to know and learn wood carving in India, so difficult.

When I go to India, I will take many pictures because absolutely everything will be interesting, but some are bad realities, such as extreme poverty, child abandonment, and pollution.

Someday I will travel to India, I would like to go to meet.

The website I like is deviantart, I visited every week, I know for many years, and I think that is one of the best pages of art, because that brings together famous artists to amateur artists, works well not only as a catalog, also works as a social network where you can put your comments on photos, follow artists, talk to artists and know more.

I really like being able to find paintings, photographs, designs, any subject, any quality, some days I want to see photographs of portraits, and other days I want to see photos of wild animals, I find what I want, and works uploaded many years ago and works uploaded the same day.

 On this website you can buy and download digital images for printing.

This website is also a place to learn from the visual arts, watch tutorials, inspiration and entertainment, I also share photos of my paintings, portraits or landscapes, which is fun.

I think art is learned more watching images, the more the better, so this is my favorite art page.

The Gates of Hell

The Gates of Hell

Hi Friends, now I have to speak about my favorite piece of art

The artist who performed it was August Rodin, impressionist sculptor, was ordered in 1890, Rodin working on it for 37 years, until the day of his death,

This book inspired by Dante's Divine Comedy, a book that talks about a journey through the hell of a man in love to get to heaven and see his beloved.

Rodin's work is about human figure, liked to make the greatest feet and hands to reality, and his work there are many human emotions

The Gates of Hell is a work created 180 sculptures, where we intend to show Hell, human suffering in the work in each of the sculptures is spectacular, personally not only I like the work, I love the Book that inspires.

Occupy a couple of these sculptures to paint some oil paintings, Because I also like to express human emotions, and Rodin is a master at it.

I chose this work because at times in my life I feel in these places

Hello Dear Friends

I took this photograph I shows the Maipo bridge over the cars in one evening, was taken by the middle of 2012, I really like because I think this very well made, it was also alone in a lonely place

I remember when removing it from, was up on the railway bridge, it was very windy, almost dark, I put the camera on the edge of the bridge and almost fell,,,

took many pictures that day, this was a place with many houses, people were relocated and all houses destroyed, so they had good shots, did not return after that to take more pictures like that.

I catch the night and walk up the road where I took a bus to Buin, after that visit that place a few times to relax, there is always good view and very windy, the only danger is the train, one is very close.

A perfect circle

Hi world...

My favorite album,,, Mer de norms from one of my favorite rock bands A perfect circle, but is the only album I really like from that band.

what I like about the album are the rhythms, the musicians, the lyrics, and the aesthetics of his music, in some way it's like vals, but powerfull, I like the use of some violin and chelo, how the voice is use from the vocal, sounds like a whisper, and sometimes like a scream...

This band was made up for the vocalist of the tool group, another weird metal band

The first time I listened, I thought “this is the best band in the world,, and some another galaxies,,,” that kind of music was how I have to see the music, after that I began to create my own music, thanks to the inspiration of this music.

Now I never listen this album, but I know the deep impact in my self, and some time I see some old videos from this band.

My favorite piece of technology

 Hi English class!

My favorite piece, is the computer, because I can do very difficult math problems,,, jaja Joke, because is and entire world of possibilities, and is the platform to connect another thing and work with it, like my camera, and work with some pictures, make some changes in light, contrast, etc.

Also I like too much the speed of the information, some news from another parts of the world, in a second they are communicating, and not only news, I can a see my favorites contemporaneous artists, my favorite bands with some new videos,

in my computer I can even create my music, recording, share my pictures and my way of thinking in some social medias. For example, I can work, make art, talk, see new staff,,, all of this in my notebook, the best piece of technology.

Session 1 autobiography

So..

I was born in 1983, September 29, at Buin hospital , where I live , my father Victor and my mother Maria .

I study agronomy for four years, and then I switch to art, both at the university of Chile, arts career I've never been able to perform well , a number of problems would not let me move over one semester per year

All my life I wanted to art, is one of the few things that have been maintained over time

He drew the school magazine, wrote my comic, and all the time drew, my imagination was always a world filled me much ...

I really like animals, have rescued many, I am very aware of others' pain

good what they were before my hobbies now are my profession , painting , photography, writing and composing music even become part of the search for my own language

I love to travel south to some national park, my favorite is Conguillo and Torres del Paine

I love to be with my girlfriend, cook , watch movies , go out and drank , had fun , we always have problems , but hey we stay together

Expectations for this Semester

My expectations are normal, approve all classes, the classes I have are the Painting Class, English, Digital image and Drawing.

The painting class is my favorite, I like to go to the painting room where I can stay for hours and hours painting, I hope to be always better, and in some moments to be completed satisfied with my art.

I don't have extracurricular subjects, I'm done with all of them, and I'm not part of any other activity in my university, But I'm working with subjects with relation with my career, like some pictures expositions, this work and another projects stole the big part of my time, but and happy try to work with this subjects.
